Now like no white poo anymore as I used the herbal-external parasite. But how to regain its appetite?

Did u add a heter in the tank?

U can try with 'live' brine shrimp. If the fish has heal, the live feed may entice the fish. Try bit by bit.

I really hate to heal discus with internal problem, chance is 50 to 50. All the best and good luck

Do not go live food when you suspect internal parasite.

Continue your medication till the full course stated in instructions. Most of the time should be over a week or so.

I usually first observe for a few days before I add medication. Not always white shit means parasite.

However since u added and you see improvements you should carry on.

Appetite will come back when the fish is healthy. Don't worry

You can still feeding them with brine shrimp without any problem. Marine/Sea spices parasite will not easy to transmit to refresh water easily, throw a sea base into fresh water it will died off very fast, that is same reason apply to parasite from one environment to the other.
The only thing to take note is not to feed live tubifex or bloodworm, they may carry internal or external parasite and affect your current stock.
