If you have only a few discus, it would be more convenient to purchase ready mixed. I mix my own heartmeal mixture.

Bro care to share how process? How to do it. I know we can easily get ready mixed ones from LFS but it's the true understanding and pride of how your discus grew up was actually all of your own work. From wc to good care all to the way to the food they eat.

-buy whole beefheart from market like teka market -trim away all the fats n veins, and fully grind the remaining beefheart -mix in grinded prawns, carrots, pellets , vitamins, colouring as desired -stored in plastic bags, flattened and stored in fridge -break pieces to feed when needed -enjoy |
