Thanks alot Schmike, will follow your method and see how first. If really cannot will go to the vet, can you recommend me the vet you usually visit?

How long have this been going on?

I go to Dr Frederic Chua at Allpets & Aqualife at jln kayu. Alternative is Dr Erika Tan from the same clinic. I only trust 2 of them for my pets. They are the most experienced ones there.

Seems quite bad for few days. Most lfs should carry both items. Should not be difficult to get them.

Sometimes my plecos also do that to the PNTs but so far so gd. But last time the plecos did feed on the shell.

I will see how it react to the treatment for the first few days, I have removed the pleco from my pnt to avoid further disturbance.

Yes, it is still actively swimming and still have a huge appetite,8 algae wafer per day.

Still active and eating is a good sign. Follow Schmike advice and keep the water clean.

Yes now I from 2 times per week to 3 times per week water change, and from today treatment the turtle shell look much more better. Will update photos after a few days.
