Marcus Rashford: “Next season we need to get back to how Manchester United play, for me that's most important. We need to find that willingness and respond the right way ✊🏾” [ig]

Another issue we have to address is the appointment of a "Keane" type of captain. Currently there is total lack of discipline on the field (behind the scene we are not privy). Players either straying off their positions and not contributing or putting pressure on other players to cover the vacated position, or players "pretending to run" after opposition players when we know that they are merely jogging.
No captain to bark at them allows player to play at their own pace.

To be fair, Rashford and McTominay have the most heart

Actually, Herrara to me is captain material.
Everytime he plays, he really show the heart of a lion.
And he shouts and instructs all.
Mou used to say that he missed this trait in Herrrara.

but too bad, I do not understand why so many of our best players all are allowed to run down their contract.

Why everytime have to leave it till the last minute?

Something really wrong with the structure and management of this club, which had become the daily joke for football pundits everyday I open the internet to read about news on the club.

I really hope only a few things

1. Change Owner
2. Get in Director of Football ASAP
3. Throw out the players who publicly wanted to leave the club
4. Promote the youths, and get in players who DNA are like scholesy, gary neville or giggsy, players who are really solid and not indulge in the media limelight.

He actually did put in lots of effort.
Yes there were a few matches he failed to shine but i think the spot light and pressure on him to carry the team when the other forwards failed to deliver or injured were too much. Some critics were unfair too.

I think he is not the real problem but the problem is he had such a blardy agent always angling for a move to get his bonus for the transfer
