Light Set Repair?

Hi all, 2 of my lightsets are down and I wonder if there are freelancers here who can do changing of e-balast? Also, whether there are any electrical shops you know of, which do changing of e-balast for T5 HO on the spot? I normally go to Chan of NA but he requires a day or two to fix. Hence, I am looking for alternatives. Thanks.

suggest you stick with chan as most technicians will just rip you off for just repairing a small light set
