Need help with my silver aro?

Hi
I have a 12" arowana that i bought off somebody a few weeks back and ever since it has not eaten anything. I have checked water parameters and all spot on.
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Ph 7.4
Nitrate 30-40
I have tried crickets prawns mussels pellets and it wont take anything. He also seems to be breathing heavy but not fast! He is swimming around but just seems lifeless from not eating.
If anybody can help it would be much appreciated!!

presence of internal parasites can cause loss of appetite. try some anti-internal parasite medicine for aros

any tankmates tat is bigger than this aro?

He is now doing death rolls so i doubt he will be making it. I have place him in a net to keep it balanced. I was going to go get some but feel it may just be to late him
