Guys,

if PUB officers were dispatched to ensure this (even though they had send out letters to LFS earlier) ... then I suggest that we will not take this too lightly.

Many thanks bro.
So i guess we should do more water change in smaller quantity and double the use of water conditioner.

MUCH higher % of chloromines! that sounds scary...

actually, how much of chlorine and chloromine can our water conditioner treat? it is not so much of 1 drop per gallon of water or what, since the concentration of chlorine/chloromine can increase.

For me, If i wanna age the water..I will left if for 2 days+ with air bubbling..

Otherwise I would use 2 x recommended amount of aqua plus...
1) dose the first amount into the current tank water.
2) 2nd dose into the new tap water before or after adding the tap water.
Aqua plus not only treats these chemicals, it also helps to calm my fish esp after WC. And fishes with tail bites/physical injuries will recover after next 2 days onwards too.(eg. my oscars' tails & fins bitten by my pnt, maybe aquarium salt also contribute to this recovering factor I'm not too sure)

Happy fishkeeping

Since most of us are no scientist, just follow the dosage instruction.

then are there any effects on overdosing water conditioners?

i usually overdose by about 5 drops more to be on the safe side and it doesn't seem to have any effects on my fish.

unlikely to happen since you don't do 100% water change.

I always overdose Nutrafin Aqua plus.
Another brand---Oceanfree SUPER chlorine * chloramine: This one cannot...extra slight dose can see the fish get very irritated. Deaths may even occurs in some cases.(my friend overdose and his fish die)
