Discus tank revamp
Just renovated the discus tank again, and this time, removed all the substrate where the discuses like to hang out. It is going to be even easier to vacuum away waste. Some of the gravel are turning a dirty yellow and green due to algae growth. Removed those as well and topped up with some new white gravel.
Cories are still able to forage in areas where there are gravel. I think this is as good as it gets for me short of going barebottom tank. |

Very nicely done. May I know the size of your tank?

Thanks Thanks Actually 2 hang on filter and 1 powerhead for OHF. The hang on are good for breaking the water surface and oxygenating the water and useful if i need to shift some fishes to another tank, i can move 1 of the hang on along with it. |
