One of my favorites is the lfs at Tiong Bahru 'wet' market. The one with 80c guppies, near POSB ATM. Uncle and auntie both v friendly n the fishes are well taken care of.
For good service and a greater variety of fishes you can try Pet Lagoon. Also at Tiong Bahru.

Y618 for me since it's near to my home and more varieties of fishes and plants to choose from. From personal experience, healthier fishes than the other nearby LFS...

I've been to Y618, many stuff in one shop, but a little far for me. Luckily C328 nearer. Go there quite often.

Serangoon North mostly would be buying supplies at Petmart. But I would stop by one aquarium that has a 2.5ft platinum rtc to admire the fish.

It is next to S11 kopitiam and next to a camera shop called "MS Colour". If you are there for the 1st time, you need to have patience to find the place, especially if you are unfamiliar with AMK.
