Got this as a gift, so not sure how much it cost; but I've seen them in Aqua Empire at pasir ris farmway (do a keyword search in this forum, you will see a lot of Bros have used this 3D background in their setup as well). I've also seen similar at Nature Aquarium (NA) at Thomson placed near the left corner of the shop entrance.

Thanks Bro, I think the open arrangement has better swim space for the fishes and makes the tank feel bigger. However, the not so good is the tendency to want to add more fishes
