They can survive now that it is in the cooler months of the year but they won't breed. The main intention of this tank is for fire Red and not CRS. The CRS are in there because I want to see how will they fare in a bigger tank (non chiller) where the water condition are more stable.

I will have move them to my office tank when they start to get too stress out.

Thanks for the encouraging comment. Starting to notice more and more shrimplets in the tank so I guess they like their new home.

Color are looking better as they got more and more used to their new environment. There are lots of shrimplets in the tank now and I am interested to see how many of these shrimplets will develop the same coloration.

Thanks you, i ordered a set of clip on macro lens online for iphone 6. Cost about $11 with shipping. Lets see if I can improve the picture quality with these lens. Still waiting for the delivery.

Not an expensive investment but love to see how much more potential iphone camera has with these little add on.

PKB, nice fire red, where did u get them?

Crs I ever saw an hobbyist in YEW Tee,
he successly bred them in 4 feet like yours without chiller.
Only difference he in built a day filter and mention soil is important.

I got those Fire Red from C328. I guess it depends a on a bit of luck. The quality seems to varies for different batches. And on the CRS, hopefully I can successfully breed some batches but like I say, things will very likely get bad when the weather turns hot. Lets try and see... 👍
