IOS system internal overflow system to help skim the top , will put more bio media here, and OHF system to suck bottom debris, more for mech filter. U think this design good?? Like that i think both water surface and bottom clean clean mah!!!

sound good, you can also incorperate IOS and bottom suction in same system. this way there's no OHF exposed. How big your tank and what fishes to be in there?
