Default Pleco startup

I am thinking of starting up a pleco tank. Can I mix them with Tigs, currently the Tigs are about 8-9" big. What type of pleco is suitable? I do not want too big kind, maybe max of 8-10" will be fine. Pls recommend some pleco suitable to my setup. I am confused too with the many L and LDA series. Btw what the difference btw the L and LDA? tks tks.
Tank size is 4 2 2, with row of IOS filteration at the back of tank.

Theres not much difference in L and LDA, just that is diff people naming. There can also be same pleco with afew name numbers, such as the L114, which is also called LDA007.
IMO, theres a whole lot of pleco out there with max size up to 10+inches, so can easily find. You can go http://plecoking.blogspot.com/ to lookseelooksee. All the best! Hope to see your tank soon
