Default Discus illness

Hello all bros and sis, would like to seek help.

I realise my discus kena white spots, flukes and white faces.
I had intro Parzi and metro, increase temp to 30 deg.

Anything else I need to take note..? Do I need to add salt? Do I need to EC and suck out the white faces daily?

Thank you!

I saw these substances on the sand bed consecutively for 2 days right after the day of medication.

day 1 - medication
day 2 - unknown substances seen, then I suck out, top up water and added med
day 3 - unknown substances appear again. I suck out again, top up and added med again.

not sure what are these. any bros have these before during medication?
during medication, do I need to take out my tank mates? I have ram, tetras and cories.

thank you.

How big are your discus? How many are there? Any pics of them to see their condition? In my opinion, there's no need to remove the other tank mates out of the tank. Medicate them together to prevent spreading. It's right to suck up the white feces and top up medi after water change.

3 of my discus just died yester n 2 days ago.

They will group together at a corner not eating not swimming. Most part of body turn very black. Mucus/slime like cover most their body. Mouth swollen turn white n fin rotting. 5 inches smaller ones died 2 days after symptom seen. The adult one last 5 days..... Very scary illness but did not seems to affect my other non discus fish.

Had them for at at least 9 months.. Change water every 2 days unlike my other hardy fish tank which I do weekly wc. Prime stir and stir in pails of wc for mins before pouring to tank

Buy flakes, pellet worms rotating 2 meals per days. So much effort die just like that... Very gek sim.

Did you added any new fish, equipment (1st or 2nd hand) when this started?
