Quickly start an air stone in the tank to increase oxygen. What major changes did you do recently? How long has the discus been in your tank before you noticed this?

these 2 discus are the only fishes inside your tank? They have been breathing like that (gill opening) and yet still active and eating? If its not a symptom straight after a water change, maybe it could be gill flukes.

any video clip so that we can have a better idea of the situation?
