Min wat size is suitable hah?
If I am not wrong, bro checkerbox has a 3 feet tank divided into 2. One side L260 the other side L262 and both bred before. So technically 1.5ft can be done. Of course, not ideal.

Thats not the way to count lah . We need to look at the total water vol in the tank . And also his 3 feet tank will have longer B and H too .
Lower vol tank cannot take much changes so its very dangerous . Abit of wrong move , the plecos will be wipe out . 1.5 feet tank max I think 3 to 4 pc .

Can die one leh, the water quickly turns foul the next day after wc. In the end cannot take it catch all put into the 4 ft tank, now a lot better just change twice a week.

Mine is 2x1.5x1.5ft tank then partitioned into 2. Total 16 pcs of adults, 8 pcs each colony. Abit cramped but so far so good and still breeding. Then again, do it at ur own risk 'cause I would not recommend everyone to do this. It's quite risky.
