Bro rental price range from $1300-$3500. Depend on location and for Zhi Char space is bigger. But not to worry all price can be neg as long as u qoute u r fr AF.

Ang Mo kio ave 10 - western food, fishball noodle and bak chor mee, mala hopot, chicken rice, roasted delight and malay or indian food.

Bukit batok central - western food, indian muslim food, fishball noodle, bak chor mee and mookata.

Taman Jurong - Chicken or roast delight, fishball noodle, bak chor mee, mookata and wanton mee.

Hi bro thanks for all the input....currently my Taman jurong is doin a big renovation I will hv chicken rice, fishball noodle and oso a mookata stall goin in. A roast duck stall is in the discussion. The stalls size is about 13sqm to 14sqm. As for the rental u may wanna call me at 9001 8887 to discuss if u r interested.

My Amk ave 10 blk 450 coffeeshop is under renov and will complete on the 13 may. I still have 1 last empty stall for rent. Suitable for 4 fried (Char kway tiao, Oyster egg, carrot cake and hokkien mee), ban mian, bbq seafood or prawn mee etc....
