Wow, thanks for the feedback people. I also encounter this problem. No leak in my toilet bowl area whatsoever. But once in a while will have a stench. Then i just open the window to air the toilet. But now, i think the pan collar is most likely damaged. Thank you so much.

What jason said is likely, that area marked "floor flange". The part where the bowl outlet connects to sewage drainage. The gasket may be worn out. |
