The players that have been given chances and are simply NOT GOOD ENOUGH
Martial (lack of effort, mentally weak and goes hiding when needed)
Matic (too old)
Mata (too old)

Jury is out on these players as hopefully they could improve further,
Henderson (needs to improve further), James (can run but headless chicken at times), Lindelöf (can’t head the ball for nuts), McTominay, Telles, Tuanzebe (only 1 good game against PSG), van de Beek

Inconsistent
DeGea (physically weak against big players in the box), Pogba, Rashford

Injury Concerns
Bailly (too gung ho)
Based on the various players' rating across the board, Martial was the worst of the worst. Physical build ok but gets bullied off quite easily and he would sulk and hope the ref comes to his rescue all the time. Hardly make much if any efforts to chase when losing possession. Far too inconsistent to be ever considered a great player

Martial should be sold as he is still inconsistent after so many years. Don't think he will ever improve and get rid of his mental block. Looks like Jose was right. Players with lesser skill at least try their best, run and put in effort.

Interesting match between Spurs n Liverpool now.
Liverpool are trying their luck with gaining penalties and at the rate they are attempting, they will surely hookwink the ref sooner rather than later

First half Liverpool leads 1-0 with the last kick of the half. Mistake by goalie who had made few great saves. Liverpool are the better team so far

Perhaps Pellestri can play better than AM but too bad the former wanted to leave OT for a loan elsewhere.becuase he has been playing in the U-23 only

Lingard has officially joins the Hammer on loan.
Wish him all the best to rediscover his form and maybe can fetch a higher price

But I know Ole quite like him to be back at OT

United have some players with poor work ethic. No. 1 is Martial. Pogba too until his recent improvement. I think they are pure lazy and give up too easily and expect others to do the hard work.

There is a statement from Rooney.

"Manchester United and England's record scorer Rooney,35, said: “I grew up in an area where if I wanted something I had to work hard to get it.

“That has always stuck with me throughout life. But what people don't see, or perhaps misunderstand, is I was part of a really successful Manchester United team.

“The foundation of us doing well and winning trophies was working hard. It wasn't this flashy type of football. We weren't a Man City now who might like to make 700 or 800 passes.

“We were a team who were ruthless , who worked hard and were a great counter-attacking team. The top teams do it so why would I not demand that from my players.”

Starting lineup
DDG; VL; HM; PP; EC; MR; Fred; BF; LS; WB; SM

The new kid on the block whom Ole said would play a part is not even on the bench
