you can try to use a heater to bring the temp up to about 31degrees.
has it started eating?

as to what was the cause, did you buy it new as a wild caught? or bought over from hobbyist?

Hi bro, i bought it from LFS...
The sunken belly is it due to not eating? My pleco is abt 4-5" but i comm with an 19" aro. Could it be due to over stress?

maybe new fish not in the best condition. if it is still behaving normally should be fine after some time.
see if it poops and stuff. if you can partition it out can see if it eats and poop normally.

Yes bro.. anyway i transferred the fish to my sump tank and it's recovering now. I guess that it could be over stress due to big tank and my 19" Arowana.
