I just figure out the frozen prawn I tried feeding my fishes with is almost same price per gram as frozen sea caught sole fish.

Price per kg cannot be taken at face value, prawn flesh has more water content than fish meat.
I prefer batang/tuna steaks. Flesh for fishes, bones/skin/head/fins give to crabs and turtles.
