In an ideal world, rdg will have close to zero peppering and strong yellow base on the face, forehead and even under the red color.
Melon got very strong pigeon genes, a more white face. Nowadays too much crossing, not easy to tell. Forgot to add. Rdg fishes are smaller as compared to pigeon base melons when fully grown. Last edited by llewellyn; 26-10-2014 at 02:33 PM. |

RGD colour get be quite intense too when they mature.
