Yeah tks but 1st i have to figure out how best to hatch the eggs and then how to keep the fries alive if they do hatch

may be a good idea to add some anti fungus for 'artifical hatching'.
With the partition done up, I think you would probably not need to suck the wriggles out. But do leave a light on at night, as chances of them straying across the partition in complete darkness is very high. |

Top man!! breeding the king of all cichlids!
id add some methylene blue!(anti fungus protection) just enough to turn water a hint of blue! Id take out the main tank becouse when free swimming they will get through divider and be eaten! (just fill a 4ft tank up with the same main tank water) have a sponge filter on the go! also a few air stones! Use a large pippet or pipe to collect them up and put into 4ft tank with the methylene blue! should be free swimming in around 7-8 days! id feed them for first food! brine shrimp buddy!! |
