Yeah tks but 1st i have to figure out how best to hatch the eggs and then how to keep the fries alive if they do hatch
Anyone who has experience on this and can give me some pointers please

try to keep the parents and babies well... I think there will be another round of spawning..

may be a good idea to add some anti fungus for 'artifical hatching'.

With the partition done up, I think you would probably not need to suck the wriggles out.

But do leave a light on at night, as chances of them straying across the partition in complete darkness is very high.

Top man!! breeding the king of all cichlids!

id add some methylene blue!(anti fungus protection) just enough to turn water a hint of blue!

Id take out the main tank becouse when free swimming they will get through divider and be eaten! (just fill a 4ft tank up with the same main tank water) have a sponge filter on the go! also a few air stones! Use a large pippet or pipe to collect them up and put into 4ft tank with the methylene blue!

should be free swimming in around 7-8 days!

id feed them for first food! brine shrimp buddy!!
