For me, our stand out player tonight is between Fred and Mctominay.

A slim 1-0 loss.
Frankly Barca is not that impressive at all, we lost because we failed to capitalize on our chances.

We had more attempts on goal but none were on target and their goalie did not even has to make a single save. Our finishing was simply not up to the standard yet to compete against the big guns.
Barca tonight did not impress too and Messi was kept under control most of the time

In the final attack Smalling was naive not to fall following a silly challenge by Vidal n cld easily been a penalty for us. Yet he balloned the ball

Was watching the Arsenal vs Napoli game this morning. Our highly rated transfer target (Koulibaly) was responsible for Arsenal's two goals. The first when he was nutmegged by Lacazette and the 2nd his deflected OG.
Though not fair to judge based on one game, but that was meant to be a very important game for Napoli.

News also that Herrera is bound for PSG cos the top hierarchy dilly-dally during the negotiation stage and he felt no sincerity from the board. Apparently he had agreed on a 3-year terms.

I dunno if it is true that he is asking for 200k per week.
If he is, then I dun think we should pay 200k for a squad player,
much as I like Herrera.
I dun think he is going into PSG first team either
So for PSG to pay him 200k a week, hmmmmm .... well

if PSG think is ok, then for his own sake, Herrera should go
After all, everyone works for money

Herrera is good. He is tenacious and works very hard for the team.
Certainly an upgrade from Park Ji Sung
But is he worth 200k a week, i think that's debatable

Greedy agent at work.Anything above 200k is too much.

Surely Ole can offer him more 1st team football than PSG and hope that will convince him to renew his contract with us.

Manchester United offered Ander Herrera a four-year deal worth more than the £200,000-a-week wage being offered by clubs elsewhere, but the Spaniard’s agent was pushing for an amount as high as £300,000. Forbes]

Solskjaer on Herrera: "Maybe the future might've been worrying him & maybe that's part of the reason that he's injured. Who knows? He doesn't know because he got a different injury in training. Hopefully he can be available for around about Chelsea/City." [PA]
