i have a pair of black moor with nice ryukin like body shape and short body.....$4 a piece from Pasir Ris farmway...
cheap and common fish compared to ranchu....but the big finnages and nice body shape is simply "swee"......

i think mine is the normal malaysian black moor....but tat batch is one of the best tat i had seen so fair.....all healthy, nice short body shape and very black...........

With the LH crazy, most of the goldfish breeders in Ipoh had switched to LH breeding. The line of Moor you mentioned had deteriorated. Those that came in recently have big big body and an ugly and unproportional tail liao. Sigh!

b4 i kept ranchu, i used to keep butterfly since they are cheaper as compared to ranchu. i almost gave up gf bec after many tries, they always have this wrong gear problem.
