PVC pipe

Hi bros,

I have a tank with a colony of frontosa burundi (size range from 4 cm to 10 inches), I would like to get some PVC pipes (different diameters) that sink, to act as a proxy cave of sorts, would you guys know where I can get those that sink and do any of you use these PVC pipes?

My friend advice me not to use those pipes though cheaper
Use those pipes that they use for canister filters less better for your fish
