Some white patch on the wen which I tried to treat using methylene blue followed by yellow powder, but it's still there.

I see, thanks for the update.

Can try cleaning it with a cotton bud dipped in PP solution, sometimes it helps for me. Just need to avoid getting the PP into the mouth/gills/eyes.
