Where to pick ketapang leaves

If you face Seah Im fd ctr, it's the carpark at your left side and not the one nearer to Harbourfront MRT stn. you can find a few more ketapang trees outside the carpark

Ic, thnx sometimes i do get home by Harbourfront so thats an easier place to get ketepang leaves.

There's lots of leaves there but you got to choose coz a lot of vehicles park there. so some of the leaves are very polluted. I only collect once in every 2 weeks and I will bring back quite a lot each time i collect (maybe abt 3 NTUC plastic bags full of ketapang leaves or between 80 and 100pcs).

Also, there will be a lot of ppl looking at u. sometimes I am asked what illness does these leaves cure or how to cook dishes with these leaves.

I saw 3 ketapang trees at Alexandra Tech Pk. Even though only 3 trees, there's lots of leaves on the floor. you can easily pick 200pcs a time.

there are ketapang at Pasir Ris near block 700 plus....not very far from Siglap Secondary... but be careful of giant red ants...

Dont be scared of red ants..they bite but not sting... so it's not very painful. THe only thing is that they are irritating when they crawl all over you. In fact i look for trees with red ants coz the leaves are better.

have to agree that they are god damn irritating..once one climb on u, more n more will climb on u as if u r like a bottle of honey..
