training rays to take pellets
all experts out there.. any recommendation?? starving??

not easy to train pellet bro..gotta start from young, needs alot of patience to do it. if ray is small better dun try cos need to starve the rays to train pellet not advisable for small rays.

wats your ray size cos agree with bro hyde that not good to starve small rays and big rays not easy to train pellets unless you are lucky.

somehow I'm quite lucky, all my rays eat Hikari pellet readily
I guess "ray see...ray do/eat" effect, maybe easier for group rather than training individual ray. |

Eh, not true leh, only 2 of my 5 rays eat pellets, the rest after seeing the pair eat also bo chap... For about 5 mths still refuse to eat...

my sp only takes pellets. I was worried when brought her back on day 1. anything also don't take i.e. torsats, feeders e.g. when I throw pellets for my discus, the sp wacked them all....
sp ray takes pellets from then on. |

train ur rays to take MP first... if they take then u stuff bits of pallets into the MP. in a week or so the rays should be taking pallets already
