Water change and tank cleaning must be tough job for you.
Hey YaikSin,

You got easier solution for water change/tank cleaning, maybe like Ed Yeo's setup?? Me also dying from water changes/tank cleaning.

Hi Chris_83,

Quite neat and tidy setup you have there. I noticed that most Guppy lovers....can't just have a 1 or 2 tanks.....eventually will grow to > 10 tanks.

I paid to build few tanks with outlet and inlet, but at the end I never use it... still using the old way, siphoning and top up water manually... NO PAIN NO GAIN...

May be when Alvin's tank ready, we can go his house and look see look see...

tks bro...
Since no one cooks, you should rename the kitchen as "Guppy Paradise".

Do you introduce tap water straight into the tanks as I see the inlet PVC pipes with a valve above each tank.

I think this is ok...i also do that. Straight from tap....50-70% water change. Ok leh....but must use water anti-chlorine which also treats chloramine.

Roy,
Each one has his/her own water management method which works. Since you are a seasoned hobbyist, you know how to take care of your water. I don't believe that this should apply to all as newbies might take your word as a seasoned guppy hobbyist, take your "ok" as confirmation and might end up with guppies being affected by the chemicals in tap water. If the newbies try out various methods and eventaully they find out and decide that they can introduce water from the tap straight into their tanks, then that is their choice. Personally, I still think the best way is to aged the water, add water conditioner to it before introducing it to the tank.
