Default JFS ups n downs of my red

Been 2 years since i got this red, it was already very well groomed when i got it so i just continued to tan a few hours daily + fattened it up. This pic was taken after roughly half a year with me :

At the start of 2016 i decided to test how fast and badly colour would fade if no lights were used, meaning 0 tank lights, 0 sunlight. tank was all round black oyama so it was very dark without any light. wasnt too bad for first couple of months but then it went gradually and steadily downhill. To the point where colouration wasnt even orange, just yellow. And then i put it into white fgt to comm and it was pale yellow when first introduced. pic below shows how it looked like after no light for 1 year 4 months. (sorry for the blur pic, but u can gauge how pale the colour was) :

After being in the fgt for one month+, where there's 1-2 hours of indirect sunlight daily, with no other form of lights except room ceiling light for a few hours at night (1st pic during the day, 2nd pic at night with ceiling light) :

Obviously current colour can't be compared to when tanning was done, but since i don't really like tanning i'm satisfied. would have been better if i had more sunlight exposure but nothing i can do bout that now.
