bro, you may try changing daily at 20%, reduce feeding for the time being

care to elaborate what u mean by water parameters are fine? coz if they are indeed fine there's no reason to change water daily... sometimes stable conditions would avoid stressing it further and speed up recovery.

plus u said u dosed yellow powder... if u dosed in your main tank then there goes your biological filtration... in that case then u would need more water changes but make sure to use a good AC or u'll end up releasing more ammonia from the chloramine.

aro jumping and scratching / losing it's scales is pretty common and nothing to worry about... dont need to dose or treat anything especially if your water parameters are in check. just maintain a stress free environment + good water and it'll heal in no time. more often than not the problem is made worse when ppl treat their aros when there's no need for treatment.

Looks like a case of slime disease, perhaps Costia .
IME Combi of higher temperatures, salt n seachem paraguard should help, but with Rays, unfortunately can't. Best bet is temperature, salt at perhaps 3 ppt for longer duration. Do ensure salt is dissolved before adding into tank. U could do higher dose but I'm not familiar with fw Rays ability to tolerate what salt levels hence I recommend 3ppt. Loaches, corydoras and Plecos do ok with that level.
It's looks likely An external parasite like protozoan.

All the best...
