I do see it before at one of the LFS. Best not to keep fishes, because protein skimmer can't really fit into the system. Shrimps should be perfectly fine. But maybe 5-10% of water changes bi-daily, to prevent ammonia / nitrate spike.

Can. Some gobies are known to pair up with certain species of pistol shrimps. Not all gobies will form symbiotic relationships with pistol shrimps though, so research has to be done as to what can go with what.

Default My pico tank :)

My tank in relation to the rest of my table... what a mess!! it's relatively small, about 6 inches in length...

This, with the mini-lights i got from 328... the pink-banded goby and the pistol shrimp are doing well so far... the shrimp has moved sand all over the place! It's super fun to watch!

Hehe.. ironically, "click" is the right word hahaha

I put in a Hector's goby last sunday, and i occasionally hear the "click" of the pistol shrimp to scare it away... i thought, wah, in such a small tank, sure stress the hectors' goby out to death... but so far so good la... all relatively happy...
