Is it ok to give Betta a YP bath whenever do WC?
Guys,
I bought YP from Celementi LFS. For past few WC (50%), I am giving my Bettas YP bath for 30 mins in seperate plastic pet containers. While I clean and refill their tanks, they happily swim in YP solution. I am mixing half milligram YP in one litre of aged water for each fish. My question : is it ok to do so with every WC? Please give me your opinions. Thank you ______________________ 2 - HM Betta 2 - CT Betta |

What is the purpose???
I see no benefit and the fish will get used to YP which likely will require you to use a higher dosage of YP to cure the fish when it is sick. |

i think only use yellow powder when the fish is sick... otherwise medications dont anyhow use... might have harmful side effects..

Agreed with the above comment. Too much YP may get rid of the slime from the fish body, which might affect the fish's immune system.
My 2 cents |
