woo nice work bro.

By the way, I always tot that you going to put the ti heat exchanger directly into the sump so you dont need another pump.

not possible as I want the chiller to be "mobile"

Here's a drawing of the various connection parts. I think my new chiller might be bulky because of the huge heat exchanger

This bugger is estimated to be at least 30kg so I'm going to mount wheels on it for easy movement!

Are you using any locking wheels to prevent accidental movement??

not really .. a 30kg+ load wont be sliding here and there unless the floor is uneven. Somemore I will be applying some heavy grease on the bearings to slow things down
