the surround of my tanks have 5 inches brace, it is impossible to cut one piece and have good fit.

If your tank have center bracing, then you must make sure the acrylic can put into the tank.

Hello hello..
Today i did WC out of curiosity i took out my acrylic to check to my astonishment there quite alot of dirt.

Meaning to say there dead spot below the acrylic care to share your view?

my gross surface looks super clean, but I didn't flip it up, it suppose to stick onto the glass well.

Ur acrylic how many mm ? Ur base silicone straight or slope type ? Ur acrylic overlap ur silicone ?

My acrylic 5mm
Silicon is slope
Acrylic didn't over lap the silicon.

Hmm then what if you trim the acrylic on the side by a few mm? Maybe that would make it stick to the glass panel instead of lying on the slope. Just my thought.

Try use a long pvc pipe to press down the acrylic at side (near ur sloping silicone ) and random spot around the acrylic see if the acrylic is totally flat .

I'm curious to see how dirty the base of the tank is if the acrylic is totally flat to the base .... any pics ?

As mention is not overlapping the silicon as my acrylic is quite alot smaller.
