He has been selling katong laksa since 1982. Took over the biz from his father(who was the assistant to the original jangut katong laksa master). Go try out uncle george's laksa and taste the real katong laksa.

Ah.. but this is the one I was referring to. It's also called or maybe used to be called Eunos Bak Koot Teh. The auntie who works there used to be from the eunos MRT one.

I see. The eunos MRT one, which I believe u referring to the kopi thiam directly opposite, selling quite good pork trotters. I had it quite some time back. Not sure if still around.

I like laksa, SG style or Penang style both like
for Penang laksa everytime go to York hotel buffet always go line up
Furama Riverfront got lobster laksa but only limited to one bowl with lobster
but now due to age and health concerns
try to cut down on the laksa cockles and coconut milk

There's this stall in the foodcourt of Komtar JBCC (next to JB City Square), that has 4 or 5 types of laksa, among other food.

Nyonya laksa, Penang laksa, Johor laksa... Sarawak laksa, if I remember correctly.

I tried the Johor laksa and enjoyed it. Had previously tried it at a coffeeshop-like place in City Square's Inner City... think I prefer the JBCC one.
