Thumbs up Nano Office tank setup (CRS)

I would like to share my Office tank set up:

Tanks: 30x15cm nano tank (glass)
Filter: Small overhead filter
Substrate: ADA soil
Plants: Mini Nana on drift wood and Java fern
Food: Hikari Shrimp food & Tetra Algae
Office condition: Aircon weekdays and weekend using Dymax fan

Cycled the tank for over a week and hands got itchy and throw in 3 CRS with no issues till now (2weeks) and have furthered added another 5 CRS. (total 8)

Photos below:

Can some help ID this fish?

the plants make your tank look smaller than it should be. Can consider remove the fern and replace the mini nana to nana 'petite'... and add a lot of moss, your CRS will love them.

Thanks guys, may think of removing the fern. However the shrimps seems to love hanging around it...

Otos cost about a purple note each. That is definitely not an oto.
