Angry Bad experience at C328 AA

It's been almost 2 yrs since I last went c328 see see look look. So last night I decided to bring my wife and my 2 boys age 3 and 5 to c328 for family time and intro them into fish keeping as hobby( like how my dad influence me and pass on to the next gen).

To cut the story short, was standing outside AA, my wife was holding my 3 yrs old boy hand while I'm carrying my 5 yrs old son. Reason is we dont want our son to knock on the tank or frighten the fishers. As a hobbist its common sense.

We were standing outside the shop for 2 min looking at his xb comm and before we could proceed inside, 1 gold hair guy( maybe he's the boss but I dont give a fxxk) say in a rude tone. "Bro, it's ok to see hor, but don't anyhow touch". I was shocked and taken back by him. I reply saying my son's didn't even touch anything? He just say, whatever la, I'm just telling you.

Wow 1st time I experience such treatment after 18 yrs of fish keeping. Anyway the way he say to me and infront of my family is an insult to me( it's like you want buy you buy, don't buy you're not welcome kind of tone and attitude) swee! I will never set foot to his shop ever again and he will never earn a cent from me or my friends.

To AA, I do Understand where you're coming from as I'm running my own business too and please do not judge people by the book.

1. If you bei tar han customer see see look look then close shop better. The worst kind of retail business is when even cus dont wanna walk in and see.

2. I don't see c328 aunty or other bigger scale LFS having such problem like you do?

3. We're trying to educate the next gen.and passing down this fish keeping hobby alive so in the long run th local fish shop business are able to sustain and that's what QH are doing.

In times of bad market and downward trend of fish keeping your attitude is killing your own self and losing more customers. I wish you good luck to your business.

LFS don't like kids. Or they stereo type families assuming they are on excursion to river safari. Once rejected by a shop in Tampines when I brought my 2 year old girl along. The door ***** announced 'We only sell exotic monster fish here'. I didn't even have a chance to look at a catfish they advertised.

Next time bring your kids to Qianhu, Mainland or Seaview. I do not feel C328 is a good place to bring kids. Its crowded, cramped, wet and messy.

TS never try Serangoon North Taiwan shop. That one legendary.

I went to aunty shop and aunty saw me and my family. She greeted me and my family and we have a exchange of greeting when she saw my boys. I felt heartwarm and this is the personal touch buying experience every cus would like. It's been 15yrs since and aunty will always have my support even till my next gen if she's still operating.
