I dun think it is only us who are quoted high prices.

A year ago, everyone dropped jaw when Liverpool paid 75M for VVD.
Now everyone takes that transfer as the benchmark

How much was Nabil Fekir " supposed " to cost ? 40-50M
How much did he ultimately went for ? 17M

I think the other leagues know the premier league clubs are rich from TV money and they want some of it

But having said that, CR7 transferred for 100M to Juventus at age 33.
De Ligt to Juventus was " market price ". Everyone meet Ajax price, just that the player choose Juventus

As the saying goes happy buyer happy seller.
They will take opportunity to rip you given we are deperate.
But if we needed that general to fill the gap and likely may end up buying.
Countdown to new season...

Think its not 'but' now.
Its 'if' is essential to have inorder to strengthen then have to do something about it.
Unless there is a better alternative.

this is one point i cannot understand too, why some other big clubs can get really good deal, but we are always paying over the odds.

that is why when we are selling our players, we almost always sold them cheaper than we bought them

now dybala is on the cards, he is a better option then LKK.
The "ball" is now dependent whether Dybala wants to join us for the swap deal with Lukaku.
But ESPN reported that he is demanding well above 300K a week

I don't like the idea of this guy requesting a pay rise before he even prove his worth or pull on our jersey but seems like he can operate on the right side of our attack where we are lacking a natural left footer who can cut in.

If he can settle the wage issues, sign and prove his worth to us maybe we can let him take on the no. 11 with Martial getting back his no. 9 and together with our no. 10 Rashford hopefully we will have an attacking front 3 who will click and terrorise the opposing defences of England.

The pay package saga started when our expensive flop not able to perform at best.
I believed it has done damage to the team as felt by the likes of PP and the rest.
Hope we can resolve the massive pay package issue soonest and reorg with new team who wants to play attacking football.
From the look of it OS is trying to get hold of young and hungry players to lead his 1st full season.
Am waiting for another attacking midfield to join the team.

On sidenote seems we do not have luck with past argentina players.
Lets see if he takes the swap and agree to the deal.

The only one who had some success was Carlos Tevez

Hope he can emulate his success.

On paper he is a better choice to swap with RL.
Read BF will play final game in portugal before making move here.
Better invest in him and probably a winger.
Give tuanzebe a chance to partner lindelof instead.
