I can only dream of having a chiller at my place. The electrical bill will result in my parents nagging on me. I hope to have one when my house is ready though

Update, after some fine tunning and driven by 5V, I am able to get 22C too when ran 100% of the time. So now the power consumption is 20W. I am on and off it at every 15 min, and getting 24 to 25.0C, with average power rating of just 10W.
