pond is huge, not sure of exact dimensions, running 2 filter boxes at extreme ends of the pond.

Bro .. Your pond seems really large and a little shallow. You might want to include a bird net to prevent predators. As for what kind of product to add, I would recommend Microbe-lift "pond lift". This will give your pond a good kick start.
