redcross body rot

How to cure body rot? And what is the cause of it? I asked lfs and they told me its because my water to acidic is that true?
Fish will still swim actively. . But somehow can rot till got a hole. Tried yellow powder but failed.
Any advice much appreciated

What is body rot? Any pic? Very bad rotting? Bad water parameter usually is the cause of fish rot.

I will just daily wc and add salt.

better separate the fish with tail rot first.
dun want to infect the rest of the fishes.

normally if seperate the fish it will die sooner... or I will kill it.. so never seperate..

recently took one out and do salt and yeloow powder treatment .. hope she will recover soon...

suspect they got saddle back columaris...
