wah....looks like alot of 'kancheong' people playing with the probe and ozoniser.
be careful not to stir-fry your live stock hor.....better dun play guessing game with your probe and ozoniser...let it stablised...patient is part of this hobby....just like u need to cycle in your tank when first started... |

Like my probe, it never goes beyond 346 (but my Milwaukee shown 410 ) when I reduce my dosage (off the ozone), my milwaukee shown 386, my PH-203 shown 342... So, setting 350 in Sherman's tank make sense as his probe can read 380+ My probe will not even pass 348 . Bros using the PH-203 need to do you own judgement if you can't 'wait'. I don't think my probe will move far..so I have to further reduce my ORP to stop at 338 today..Will have to monitor next day reading again. |

Today, I have decide to Trial my Hailea Ozone.
So, I have set my PH-203 ORP to stop at 340 yesterday. My Milwaukee reads 400~410 today. Since stable as that.. I think I shall stop my input any further. My advise to all is that if your probe is like mine always stay betwenn 300~350. Your mV reading could be quite high (400+) in your tank instead as probe sensitivity can be +/-40 . Do take care and always goes "small".. Happy Reefing.. |

Just found out that the probe (US James Broadley ) I am using happen to be a Lab Grade Probe this evening. Dipped into the Standard Soln 475mV register 460mV , so no doubt abt its accuracy, compared to China Probe , register 495mV... will monitor closely...

Sure as long as the probe has a BNC connection ...

Do a test on the ORP probe with bonjour2 tonite.
We use a 475 mv solution and the ORP probe read 476mV. Very accurate leh Regards Sherman |
