Having methylene blue in ur store is good. It can treat white spots effectively without doing much harm to your gfs. It's good for killing external parasites.
At all times, I would suggest keeping the water clean and add salt also. Dun forget about the anti chlorine when u change water.

Is it true?, fossil stones was the missing ingredient for goldies?

Actually no need fossil stones... Keeping Goldie as long as u maintain the ph by using coral chip or oyster shell with clean water it will be sufficient enough for the Goldie.
