Setting Up Nitrate Reductor For 2 Tanks

Hi,

Recently just bought a Aquamedic nitratereductor NR1000.
How can i set up this equipment to run on a two tier 2x4ft tanks ?

Don't think you can do this unless both the 4ft tanks are sharing the same sump.
