Unless old car mileage low, over 150k km not worth to renew, may have more mechanical problem, a lot of down time in the process of replacing the parts.

btw, to take advantage of the low COE, does LTA allow extension say 5 years of COE NOW for a car that is currently 8YO at the moment ?
