this is my another observation yesterday. i set my ORP at 350. but when i came home last evening, the reading keep droping... to almost 200 (my ozone still feeding into my skimmer air-intake). i check my tank and there is nothing dead inside...so, don't know why my reading keep droping.
i just happened that i wantedt to clean my skimmer collection cup since i washed it last morning... my skimmate always alot (wet skimmate) but the colour is not light and it sinks. after cleaning my collection cup and fired up my skimmer again... my ORP reading started to pick up. by mid-night, it reached 350 so, i don't know how to conclude this... is there a relationship? i feed my ozone directly into my skimmer air-intake. my ORP prob just beside my skimmer. |
