Default Super high back?

Hi guys,

I need some advice in relation to my arowana. I bought a Super high back but when I took it home i notice it's back is a bit darker and only the first 3 rows are golden. The aro is about 15-20cm only. Very small still.
Have I been conned or the golden will develop to the 5th row in about 1-2 years time?
thanks

I guess you got yourself a hbrtg, for 15-20cm fish is still young and don't expect to see much. Give the fish time to develope nicely as you just got it and it will need some time to get use to new tank surrounding.

You mean you did not notice the shine is only at 3rd row when you made purchase or the shine only appears after it's in your tank for some days

i know the shine is up to the 3rd row only. But he said to me that when it grows up it will develop because it is a super high back. I wonder if its true.

If the cert is written super hb dan you may want to call the farm to clear your doubts to have a peaceful mind. Or the best is make a trip to the farm to see their stocks for super hb if you have the time

That is an issue of buying a juvenile.
Its a risk (;
Did you choose it?
Some are late developers.
Do some White tank treatment.

It was the only super high back they got.
What is white tank treatment? It is currently in a 822 tank with 3 peacock and some other similar size fish.

thanks
