With the right water conditioners, I don't see much problem.
Fishes have better appetite and growth rate with more frequent water change.

15 aro, bioload quite high. Imho, daily wc 20%-30% shd be no problem.

I do 20% wc practically every day and 50% every 2 weeks

I C , Better to Wc daily 20% , dose with conditioner, so fish will not be stress and will improve appetite. I find that whenever I WC, the fishes swim more actively and eat more. If more than 1 week no Wc , the fish are less active.

One question bros. If my aro is not eating for a long time, would doing daily water changes of 10~15% help to improve its appetite?

just have to let your fishes get use to the daily wc regime gradually.
start off with smaller percentage and increase slowly.
Its not impossible to do massive wc, just a matter of how committed over long periods of time.
noticeable improvements = increase appetite, more active.
